For users located in the USA who have existing Square accounts accepting payments through Powerchat with Square is as easy as clicking the "Link Square" button in the Payment Integrations section of the Creator Dashboard. If you don't have a Square account but wish to create one you can sign up to Square .
Once you click this button, you will be taken to Square where you will prompted to either login or create an account. Once logged into Square, you will be presented with a page asking you to give permission for Powerchat to access your account such that we can process payments to your account for operation of the service. Click the Allow button to grant us the required permissions. Once done you will be redirected back to Powerchat.
On your Powerchat Page your viewers will now be able to see a payment button where they can send Powerchats through your Square account!
If you so choose, you can choose to disconnect your Square account at any time by either clicking the "Unlink Square" button in your Powerchat dashboard, or by going to your "" settings in Square and clicking "Disconnect" on the Powerchat application.
To protect your location from your viewers we do recommend that you set your location to "Mobile" in your Square account. You can do so by going and setting your Location Type to Mobile.
