Payments Not Working

This is almost always the result of Square locking your account for some reason. They may just be requesting additional information from you, and you missed the email. If no one is able to make a payment to you, but Square shows as successfully linked in the tab of the Powerchat Creator Dashboard, login to Square immediately and look for signs, alerts, or notifications that may provide more information.
This is typically the result of maintenance or a temporary issue related to the payment processor partner that Powerchat uses. It typically only affects one or a couple of currencies at a time. Try other options, and if it is successfully generating a QR code, this is the issue.
If the issue persists for a long period of time, please and make us aware so we can investigate further.
